New results validate Fabled Silver Gold's interpretation of the mineralized system at its Santa Maria project.

Fabled Silver Gold Corp. (FCO:TSX.V; FBSGF:OTCQB; 7NQ:FSE)) announced in a news release results of three additional surface diamond holes drilled at Santa Maria.

The purpose of holes SM20-25, SM20-26 and SM20-27 was to hone in on where the gold structure intersects the previously encountered lower feeder. Thus, Fabled drilled the three holes such that they would hit the gold structure at three different vertical depths, 170 meters (170m) with SM20-25, 225m with SM20-26, and 290m with SM20-27.

All three holes encountered gold-bearing veins or veinlets over 150m, the total number intercepted decreasing with depth. SM20-25 encountered 12 of these veins, SM20-26 hit nine and SM20-27 intercepted three. Gold grades returned from all three holes exceeded 0.5 grams per ton (0.5 g/t) and were highest, up to 2.94 g/t, in hole SM20-25. Grades for other metals in these holes were impressive, too. In the same hole, SM20-25, silver grades were as high as 142 g/t, lead grades went up to 1.36%, and zinc grades reached 5.43%.

This trio of holes also encountered an intensely silicified breccia zone in the middle of the overall vein structure.

"Hitting a lower feeder 75m to the east and now hitting a sheeted vein structure with a true width of 150m certainly says something about the robust multiphase plumbing system that is the driver of the Santa Maria mineralization," Fabled CEO and President Peter J. Hawley said in the release.

Assays for holes SM20-25 to SM20–29 are pending, and hole SM20-30 is currently being drilled.
