Reliq Health Technologies Inc. (RHT:TSX.V; RQHTF:OTCQB) announced in a news release it signed contracts to provide services to five additional, Texas-based home health agencies.
The new clients will go live this month on Reliq's iUGO CARE, which allows patients with complex medical problems to receive care at home.
With the Texas team expecting to have onboarded 30 new clients by year-end 2019, Reliq now will shift toward replicating the model in other states throughout the U.S. Along with Texas, it already has sales professionals in Arizona, California, Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, "and the near-term opportunities in the U.S. sales pipeline span over 15 states," CEO Dr. Lisa Crossley said in the release.
The company expects to become cash flow positive this quarter and profitable in 2020, without an equity raise or external financing, Crossley noted.
The company explained that its "powerful iUGO Care platform supports care coordination and community-based healthcare. The iUGO Care platform integrates wearables, sensors, voice technology and intuitive mobile apps and desktop user interfaces for patients, clinicians and healthcare administrators. iUGO Care allows complex patients to receive high quality care at home, improving health outcomes, enhancing quality of life for patients and families and reducing the cost of care delivery. iUGO Care provides real-time access to remote patient monitoring data, allowing for timely interventions by the care team to prevent costly hospital readmissions and ER visits."[NLINSERT]
