"Southern Silver Exploration Corp.'s joint venture partner, Electrum, has completed the initial earn-in phase on the property, and a maiden resource estimate at Cerro Las Minitas unveiled a total silver equivalent resource of almost 115 Moz, putting the company and project on the map. . .the current $2M exploration program at Cerro Las Minitas has resulted in a massive amount of new data and information which will now have to be carefully digested by the company's technical team."

Thibaut Lepouttre, Caesars Report (7/22/17)
"Southern Silver Exploration Corp. reported additional assay results last week from the zone below a previously reported copper-rich zone at Cerro Las Minitas. The total length of the mineralization in the lower part of that hole is now almost 33m in true width with an average grade of almost 3.5 oz silver per ton of rock as well as 0.9% copper. . .the copper grades are really strong, and according to the company, this might represent a transition zone into a mineralized endoskarn which seems to remain open along strike."

"Southern Silver Exploration Corp. released assay results from the fall 2016 core drilling at Cerro Las Minitas. Drilling identified a thick interval of sulphide mineralization in hole 16CLM-091: 15.1m at 39.4 g/t Ag, 0.1% Pb and 10.2% Zn (410.7 g/t Ag eq; 11.6% Zn eq). . .a second drill has been mobilized to the property for the commencement of the 2017 program which will allow continued exploration of the project on an expedited basis."

Eric Muschinski, Gold Investment Letter (3/8/17)
"One exciting development yesterday was the initiation of coverage by the National Inflation Association on Southern Silver Exploration Corp.; just look at the track record on its Mexican silver stock recommendations over the years, almost 500% average returns on five companies all within 18 months of initiating Buy recommendations. If it just hits the average again, it would equal $2.50/share approximately on Southern Silver."

Lesley Stokes, The Northern Miner (2/3/17)
"Southern Silver Exploration Corp. is targeting the Blind shoulder at its polymetallic Cerro Las Minitas project with drill holes across a 600 by 400m area. Over 1 km east of Blind-El Sol, another drill rig is testing new zones of mineralization outboard of the Mina La Bocona, a skarn deposit. . .the company expects the current program to finish by mid-May and plans to update the resource estimate by July."
