Bob Moriarty Bob Moriarty of 321gold.com explains why he will be investing in Kirkland Lake Discoveries Corp. (KLDC:TSXV; KLKLF:OTC).

My faithful followers clearly grasp why I embrace contrarianism — it's simply the only strategy I've found that allows you to predict market shifts, often before they happen. We've witnessed impressive surges in gold, silver, and platinum. In a conventional environment, sensible investors would be anticipating a pullback. But we've departed from conventional times. The most valuable and precise sentiment gauge among the countless options available remains the DSI or Daily Sentiment Indicator from Trade-Futures.com. The subscription fee might appear steep, but it'll recover its cost on your initial transaction. If you're clever, you'll reach out to Jake Berstein as I did and complain about affordability and request a discount. He'll accommodate you.

On January 21, 1980, the exact pinnacle of silver's rally, silver's DSI reached 95. Between April 15 and 21, 2011, silver's DSI hit 97 for five consecutive sessions. I'd been cautioning that a peak was imminent. I published an article titled "Facts on Silver" on April 25, 2011, marking silver's highest valuation since 1980. During the coronavirus market collapse on March 16, 2020, the DSI dropped to 8, coinciding with silver's bottom.

Therefore, when silver approaches 95 or higher, you're witnessing a significant peak. When silver falls to 10 or below, you're experiencing a significant trough. And March 2020 represented a major trough. Purchasing the Sprott Silver ETF offered an eight percent markdown, allowing acquisition below the quoted $12 per ounce for silver.

Last Friday's DSI for silver stood at 77. That's not indicative of a peak. Gold displayed a DSI of merely 80. The trajectory remains upward.

We're currently in history's most perilous era from a geopolitical standpoint. Substantial capital has been raised recently and directed into junior resource speculation plays. We're observing remarkable findings, and I anticipate numerous additional significant discoveries. Two months ago, a firm approached me with an intriguing narrative.

Kirkland Lake Discoveries Corp. (KLDC:TSXV; KLKLF:OTC) originated in 2023 when Denis Laviolette, a New Found Gold founder, contributed a property named the Lucky Strike project to what's now Kirkland Lake Discoveries. Denis and his colleagues had assembled the massive 40,000 ha land portfolio during the worst market downturn when claim holders were willing to negotiate affordable deals on their dormant projects hoping precious metals would eventually appreciate.

The company concentrates on the Blake River Group (BRG) spanning the Ontario/Quebec border. While the Ontario portion of BRG has received limited attention, Quebec hosts several gold and polymetallic operations including LaRonde gold mine, Horne mine and Quemont mine.

Mines are scarcer in Ontario's BRG sector, however Agnico Eagle is developing the Upper Beaver copper and gold operation scheduled for 2027. Upper Beaver sits less than two km south of KLDC's boundary.

The Kirkland Lake holdings are divided into two sections, KL West and KL East. Past historical drilling has yielded 81 g/t gold across 4 meters, 561 g/t Au across 0.5 meters, and 17 g/t Au across 12.65 meters. KLDC's scientific team has utilized ground surveys to target an area in KL West bordering the Winnie intrusion. A 1989 borehole revealed 1 g/t Au, 17 g/t Ag and an impressive 2.6% copper and 2.8% lead across 22.5 meters. That hole was investigated as a VMS occurrence, but KLDC believes it's intrusion-related.

KLDC has finalized four boreholes. They reveal semi-massive and massive sulfides with substantially altered formations indicating an intrusion related system. Over 1,000 specimens were submitted for analysis as of August 26. Assays typically require six to eight weeks processing, so should begin arriving shortly after the financing completes.

The corporation has expanded an ongoing private placement to $14 million total due to strong investor interest. I'm investing in this financing round.
