Prior to joining FBR, she was an equity research analyst at Barnard Jacobs Mellet USA, where she expanded the coverage universe and product offering of the metals and mining research practice. She also has worked as an associate analyst for BMO Capital Markets' gold research team. Ms. Casanova earned an MS degree in mechanical engineering and a BS in mechanical engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
