All American Gold Corp., which is focused on the acquisition and exploration of mineral property holdings in the U.S., has joint ventured on three high-quality gold exploration properties in the gold-rich state of Nevada. The Goldfield West Property is an advanced exploration property with defined targets located in the Goldfield district, which is famous for multi-ounce, bonanza-grade ores. All American Gold has a completed NI 43-101 report on its Belleville Property, which will help advance the project in 2011. Its Iowa Canyon Property is located in Lander County, Nevada, approximately 30 mi. southeast of the Cortez Hills deposit, which has proven and probable resources of 14.1 Moz.
