Firm to Offer AI-Based Tool Via Platform for Recruiters, Employers

Recruiter.com Group Inc. (RCRT:OTCQB) announced in a news release it entered an agreement with Pocket Recruiter to offer its artificial intelligence (AI)-based recruitment tool to Recruiter.com's network of employers and recruiters.

The product radically decreases the time it takes to screen, source and evaluate job applicants, ultimately increasing efficiency and efficacy (a higher interview-to-placement ratio). It does so by employing AI to evaluate massive amounts of data in seconds, thereby quickly identifying potential qualified candidates.

"We expect that this will lead to greater placements and more opportunities for our expansive list of independent recruiters and clients," Recruiter.com CEO Miles Jennings said in the release.
