RDM Mine

Leagold Mining Corp. (LMC:TSX.V; LMCNF:OTCQX) restarted its RDM mine in Brazil on Nov. 20, 2018, it announced in a news release.

The company unexpectedly and temporarily closed the mine in early October due to a local drought and, consequently, insufficient water availability to keep it up and running.

Then the rainy season began and by Nov. 13, 2018, Leagold had captured enough water in its storage facilities at RDM to restart operations. So it recalled the members of its workforce, who got the mine running again at its typical output rate of 7 thousand tons per day.
